That's a ceiling, made of what you believe, running silently behind everything you do, whether you're paying attention to it or not.

Hypnosis works at exactly that level by speaking directly to the part of you that already knows what to do, and hasn't totally believed it's allowed to yet.

The Undercurrent is where that work happens. Ten minutes, a written transmission each month, and journal prompts to help you integrate what you've uncovered. This is the belief work underneath everything else you're already doing. The one-to-one sessions focus on building the relationship with the Being of your business, this focuses on your own capacity to hold more, and to actually let yourself use it.
